Our tour Guide, Norhan was amazing. She was very kind and funny and knowledgeable. She made our experience in the pyramids great, and made us feel like old friends. She took pictures of us, made jokes and overall was very very good. I would recommend for sure Norhan as your guide as she will make sure that you have an amazing day from the moment you start your tour. In terms of value for money, I think the tour is priced well, however we were staying in dreamland which in my opinion is closer to the pyramids than Cairo center or the airport, but we were charged I8USD per person for long range pick up, which is a little high, I mean if they had charged one fee for the full group that would have been okay, but per person is a little unreasonable. We didn't let this additional charge affect our trip though and we enjoyed all the information shared by Norhan with her infectious smile.

Norhan was great from the beginning to the end and that was about from 8:30am to 4:30pm. She was so welcoming, charming and friendly. She was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and guide us about any question we had. She even made a present for us (souvenir with our names) that was really thoughtful.
